We have choices each day to feel good or bad emotions. My intent for this blog post is to plant a seed; shift your focus and choose positive feelings, thoughts, words, intentions, and stories. You’ll be amazed at the results as you draw fresh loving energy into your life.
Create a habit around this idea of choosing good emotions. Observe how your day or week or month will shift when you dedicate effort to only speaking, thinking, and feeling with an upbeat vibration.
Wisely choose your data entry – what do you listen to, read, or watch? Are they of a cheerful nature? If not, reconsider. There’s a vast amount of optimistic tidbits out there to bring into your awareness.
Our grandmothers were on the right track with sayings like:
- Focus on things to appreciate
- Every cloud has a silver lining
- Look on the bright side
- Worrying is just praying for what you don’t want
- If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all
